LEED PROJECTS
CIRCULAR DESK AND TABLE TOPS FOR SUSTAINABLE LEED PROJECTS
LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is an assessment method developed in America to evaluate the sustainability performance of
buildings. LEED does not have a version specifically developed for the Dutch market and is therefore particularly interesting for large
multinationals worldwide who want to compare their real estate unambiguously. With LEED, it is possible to assess, for example, new buildings, renovations,
existing buildings and areas with a certificate. Each of the certificates works with its own points and weightings, but the process is for
all the same. In the Netherlands, the variants of new construction and existing construction are the most common. Within LEED, there are various scores
achievable. The scores are expressed in the terms Certified, Silver, Gold and Platinum.
