WHY IS THE FURNITURE PANEL HEALTHY AND INNOVATIVE?

The furniture panel is innovative because of the material it is made of and the way the fibres and the laminate are bonded. It is made of cellulose fibres. Upcycled from milk cartons that we throw away every day and thus end up in the rubbish. The natural fibres are pressed with water, pressure and heat into healthy circular panels. There are no toxic components and no volatile organic substances such as formaldehyde. This is good for the well-being of people and the environment. It is a cradle-to-cradle certified base material.

THE SPECIAL SECRET IS UNDER THE FINISH OF THE BLADE

You will not recognise an unfinished furniture panel as the top of your conference table or the pantry where you get your coffee every day. The panels still need to be finished. In the traditional way, a laminate is applied with glue, which makes the core and the laminate inseparable. As a result, it cannot be reused and ends up in the incinerator at the end of its life.

THE CORE MATERIAL CAN BE REUSED AS A PANEL OR AS A RAW MATERIAL

To do this in a circular way and to be able to reuse the core of the panel, we apply a revolutionary innovation. This allows us to connect and separate the materials in a healthy way. Simply with heat.

This enables us to reuse the core material by providing it with a different finish or by having the core material pulverised into raw material and thus made into a new furniture panel. The glue, too, is completely reused and thus retains its value.
