At the Trend Centre of Dekker Zevenhuizen, the largest 3D printed circular plant pots in the world have been installed.
What started two years ago as an adventure to make the first circular plant pots in The Netherlands, reached a new climax today. At Dekker Trend Centre in Zevenhuizen the largest 3D printed circular plant pots in the world were installed.
The two pots have a diameter of 850 increasing to 1550 and a height of 990. 58 refrigerators have been totally upcycled to print these high-profile pots after which beautiful ficus of 4.5 meters high completed the look.
For the proud "Caretaker" Dekker Zevenhuizen, for years a leader in the Dutch residential market, for custom-made countertops for kitchen and bathroom and related products such as furniture, the addition of circular products is a logical first step. Says Ben van Elk. If you want to show that you mean business you have to do something special and show it. And together with TRIBOO we managed to do that!
TRIBOO remains owner of the raw materials and together we make sure that our raw materials are not thrown away anymore. At the end of the lifecycle they make another circular product from the same raw materials that we let shine in our Trend Centre.
