Innovative ideas and solutions come to me easily. I make sure that these also come to life, because only then real impact is made!
TRIBOO is growing! More and more organizations are choosing healthy and circular design and want to get involved in realizing the waste-free society and building the circular economy. We have expanded our team with Rosanne Bouw, an expert in the field of circular construction and logistics. As a circular project manager, her activities will focus on Turn-Key projects and joint developments in the field of circular materials and products.
Five years ago I was introduced to the principles of the circular economy. After watching the Tegenlicht documentary by Thomas- Rau The End of Possession, I started to see circular thinking as the future. With my passion for building, I see accelerating the circular transition in the built environment as my mission.
Innovative ideas and solutions come to me without effort. I make sure that these are also realized, because only then we really make an impact! I get energy from breaking through the traditional way of working by looking for ways to do things differently and better. This is also exactly what matches the DNA of TRIBOO; setting revolutionary innovations in motion to create circular and healthy buildings.
A few years ago I met Marc during my research on smart building logistics, Smart Building Logistics (SBL). SBL made it possible to organize the logistics process of inner-city building projects more sustainable and efficient. I discovered that there was a world to win in terms of chain integration and reducing failure costs. I was then given the opportunity to apply this knowledge in practice. I now see that the same principles play an important role in making the circular economy a success.
I am always working on projects in the field of circular and sustainable innovations. Like developing an innovative concept for energy storage; Iconic energy storage. So you can always wake me up for a creative brainstorm about devising a sustainable strategy or issue.
In many projects I have experienced that to make sustainable impact, good collaboration between large and small companies is essential. I am always looking for how I can move projects and ideas forward together with others. This will therefore play an important role in my position as circular project manager at TRIBOO. In my opinion, a good collaboration in a team starts with trust, the full use of each person's expertise and a fair division between profit and risk.
