Lessgo's smart integrated logistics solutions play a crucial role in easing traffic pressure on the inner-city area and road network. From July 1, Lessgo on the Koperweg will open the first logistics HUB for the municipality of Alphen aan den Rijn. Located on both the water and road network, they are perfectly equipped for their important task.
The bundling of business-to-business goods traffic is necessary to significantly reduce transport movements and thus reduce CO2 and particulate matter. Our central HUB facilitates this service and we advise our customers on how to organize their orders to minimize fragmentation and coordinate the number of orders that are made and combined. For example, for 20 orders there are not 20 trucks at the door but for 20 orders there is 1 Lessgo at the door. This saves a lot of time and the transport itself is carried out CO2 free.

In the linear world, we sell products ONE WAY and saddle others with the waste costs because the products that were made are worthless. In the circular world, the products are returned because the raw materials are valuable. Instead of an invoice, the customer receives the raw material value back in euros. After its opening, Lessgo will expand its services together with TRIBOO to tailor its services to producers who want their valuable products back to make other circular products. This makes it the first HUB in the Netherlands to specialize in this area.
